Investing in Your Child’s Communication

We provide specialized intervention that goes beyond standard drills to solve the 'why' behind the struggle.

Insurance for Speech Therapy

  • To provide the highly individualized, research-backed care your child deserves, we operate as an out-of-network provider.

We provide you with receipts/superbills so you can seek reimbursement from your health insurance plan. These can also be used if requested for your HSA or FSA benefits.

When investigating your out-of-network benefits, ask your insurance company:

    • Does my plan cover procedure code 92507 for out-of-network providers?

    • Does my plan cover “habilitative services” and those for “developmental disabilities”?

  • In-network practices survive by hiring unlicensed new graduates or therapists with limited experience. Then they pack their schedules. Most staff therapists have very little time to plan for their clients.

What level of therapist are you looking for?

  • Staying out-of-network allows us to provide specialized services that are difficult to find elsewhere. The enhanced level of care we offer includes:

    • A strong match between your child’s needs and our therapist’s skills… if we don’t treat it, we’ll give you a qualified referral

    • A highly trained therapist with over 20 years of experience and advanced training… no graduate students, clinical fellows, or substitute therapists

    • Excellent communication with you and others you select (e.g., teachers, physicians, etc.)… we’re easily accessible by text and email

    • The opportunity to participate in sessions or observe a live feed of the session in our private Parent Room — for the ultimate in transparency and parent education

    • Appointments in the afternoons and evenings that don’t conflict with school or work schedules

Often, clients get reimbursed for our top-tier services and have a final cost similar to what they might have paid at an in-network clinic after factoring in deductibles, copays and coinsurance.

  • We recommend getting a script to help with insurance coverage down the road. Ask their doctor to fax a script to us at (856) 558-9901 for “Speech Therapy: Evaluation and Treatment.”

For referrals, prior authorizations, and pre-certifications, every insurance plan is different. A quick call call to your insurance carrier should answer these questions.

$95 | 30 minutes

To support consistent progress, we offer standing reservations for each child. This ensures your child has a dedicated spot each week — so skills can build steadily and confidently over time. Most families choose 1-2 weekly times.

We know life happens. If you need to miss a session, you’ll have the option to schedule a free makeup within one month so your child can stay on track.

  • Consistent progress: weekly sessions build lasting skills

  • Predictable scheduling: your time slot is guaranteed every week

  • Built-in flexibility: free make-ups for missed sessions

  • No long-term contract: change your day, remove or add a second session, or discontinue with two-weeks notice

  • Probably!

If the report provides clear scores in the area of concern and is less than one year old, we will likely accept it.

  • Yes. To allow for the breadth of testing needed for an accurate diagnosis, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation.

    Requirements for testing:

    • Your child is attempting to speak

    • Your child is imitating and attempting to follow specific directions

    • Your child’s language skills are above that of a two-year-old’s

  • We can, but we don’t…

We strongly believe that neuropsychologists are in the best position to discriminate between dyslexia, dysgraphia, and other lookalike diagnoses.

They offer the best option for comprehensive and efficient answers.
