vocabulARTY
Explore the rich world of words and art
The world of art is full of styles, forms, and techniques. Together we’ll explore an aspect of art, use a time-honored vocabulary strategy everyone can benefit from to gain whole-word knowledge, and spend the majority of our time creating original pieces of art. The group will end with Recess!! when the kids can hang out, have fun, and get to know each other… with a little support or social coaching, when needed.
VocabulARTY is best for 6 to 9 year olds with at least near-average langauge skills. Both neurotypical and neurodivergent children are welcome.

Caregivers are asked to stay on-site and may join in the fun or relax in our parent lounge.
Collab-a-Story
Where fun, art & storytelling meet
Creative writing with a twist! The kids will create a story together… giving each the opportunity to throw in a funny, surprising, or interesting turn of events. While the story will be the same for all, the illustrations will be as unique as your child and something to look forward to. Each child will bring their imagination, choose their medium, and make it their own. The group will end with Recess!! when the kids can hang out, have fun, and get to know each other… with a little support or social coaching when needed.
Collab-a-Story is best for 10 to 13 year olds with at least near-average language skills. Both neurotypical and neurodivernt children are welcome.

A Parent Lounge Designed for Parents
You can sit back and put your feet up (literally) or bring your laptop and get some work done. The choice is yours. Chargers, beverages, and snacks are available to all.
